Moog Sirin
Moog Sirin Limited Edition Analog Synthesizer brings lead sounds to the Taurus bass synthesizer. The First of its kind, and in extremely limited production, this desktop analog synthesizer is based on the ground-shaking sound engine of the Taurus bass synth, expanding on the epic sound of the acclaimed Minitaur synthesizer. The small footprint packs a punch in creative possibilities, far exceeding the unassuming design. You can expect the same gut-churning bass sound as the Minitaur, Sirin offers an extended range that allows you to play leads too — all the way upwards. And, with its dedicated 1-knob-per-function interface combined with the powerful software editor, Sirin delivers huge analog tone with the flexibility of digital patch management. Act fast to add the Moog Sirin analog synth module to your sonic arsenal.
Connect a traditional controller to the 5-pin MIDI input, or hook up the Sirin via USB to take advantage of MIDI I/O over USB. Utilize the assignable CV/gate inputs to interface with other analog synths and modules; the Sirin performs CV-to-MIDI conversion internally. You can even manipulate an audio source plugged into the 1/4″ input. Connect headphones to the 3.5mm stereo output, or route the mono 1/4″ output to an analog mixer, audio interface, or audio recorder.
The Sirin’s 128 presets allow you to save and recall complex configurations with the ease of a digital synth. Access hidden functions via front-panel controls and MIDI, or install the free editor/librarian standalone software and plug into your computer to edit the Sirin’s settings while producing in your workstation.
