Collecting your order

Click & Collect orders will be sent a code to verify your purchase at your chosen location. Simply use the code as provided on your invoice as proof of purchase for collection. If you authorised another person to collect your parcel, he or she, will require the invoice with the code in order to collect the parcel. Once your parcel has been collected, you will be responsible for any damage or loss to your items.

If you change your mind and wish to have your order shipped out to you, additional fees may be incurred to cover the cost of freight.

How do I choose between collection and delivery?

You will be shown all available delivery and collection options for the address you enter at the checkout.

When can I collect my order?

Once the stock has been confirmed at the location, you’ll be able to collect your order during the following hours:

Monday to Friday – 10AM – 5PM
Saturday -10AM – 4PM
Sunday – CLOSED

What is the order cut-off time?

The order cut-off time is the last opportunity you have to submit, change or cancel your order for same day Click & Collect. The cut-off time is 2PM, you will be informed of the cut-off time via email, after you’ve completed your order.
