How do I choose between collection and delivery?

You will be shown all available delivery and collection options for the address you enter at the checkout.


Collecting your order

Click & Collect orders will be sent a code to verify your purchase at your chosen location. Simply use the code as provided on your invoice for proof of purchase for collection. If you authorised another person to collect your parcel, he or she will require the invoice with the code in order to collect the parcel. Once your item(s) have been collected, you will be responsible for any damage or loss to your items.

If you change your mind and wish to have your order shipped out to you, additional fees may be incurred to cover the cost of freight.

What is the order cut-off time?

The order cut-off time is the last opportunity you have to submit, change or cancel your order for same day Click & Collect.
The cut-off time is 2PM, you will be informed of the cut-off time via email, after you have completed your order.
