Currently, Click & Collect is only available at our Dandenong location.

 

How do I choose between collection and delivery?

You will be shown all available delivery and collection options for the address you enter at the checkout.

 

Collecting your order

Click & Collect orders will need to be signed for at the store you nominated for pick-up. Simply use the email copy on your phone as proof of purchase for collection. If you authorised another person to collect your parcel, he or she will require photo identification in order to sign for and collect the parcel. Once your parcel has been signed for, you will be responsible for any damage or loss to your items.

 

When can I collect my order?

Once the stock has been confirmed at the location, you’ll be able to collect your order between 10AM – 5PM Monday to Friday.
Stores are currently closed on Saturday due to COVID-19 restrictions.
Stores are closed on Sunday.

 

What is the order cut-off time?

The order cut-off time is the last opportunity you have to submit, change or cancel your order for same day Click & Collect.
The cut-off time is 2PM, you will be informed of the cut-off time via email, after you have completed your order.
