  • Role: Sales Consultant - Sydney

    DJ City are seeking several experienced and highly motivated sales consultants for full-time positions available at Sydney our store.
    Due to the continuous success and growth we have exciting opportunities to join our team.

    DJ City is Australia’s fastest growing DJ, Lighting, and Pro Audio retailer. Our success is built around our outstanding team of passionate and dedicated staff. We are looking for  enthusiastic, friendly and outgoing staff with a desire to learn and must be motivated.

    Some daily tasks and responsibilities will include:

    • • Processing and shipping online orders.
    • • Serving customers / counter sales.
    • • Managing stock / inventory.
    • • Assisting cleaning and basic maintenance of lighting and audio equipment.
    • • Telephone answering / customer inquiries.
    • • General duties as directed.
    • • Communicate and assist with associated companies.


    The successful applicant will have:

    • • Strong work ethic with a desire to be a part of a high-performance culture, and an interest in sound, lighting, and DJ equipment.
    • • Self motivated, proactive and driven to succeed.
    • • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar sales roles.
    • • The ability to problem solve.
    • • Experience with Microsoft office software including Word and Excel.
    • • Excellent customer service and phone manner.
    • • Exceptional communication skills.
    • • The ability to work both unsupervised and as part of a team.

    Salary is negotiable dependant on experience  $55K to $60K plus superannuation + commissions.
