Qualifications & experience
- • Previous experience in sales or customer support
- • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels.
- • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
- • Proven track record in delivering client-focused solutions.
- • Analytical skills with the ability to quickly analyse information, problem-solve, and think strategically to formulate appropriate recommendations.
- • Constantly seeks ways to enhance external and internal customer satisfaction.
- • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite & Google Suite.
- • Experience with stock inventory management and CRM systems.
- • Background in the Audio-Visual industry.
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills.
Tasks & responsibilities
- • Responding to and following up on emails promptly.
- • Processing quotes, sales, and customer returns in a timely manner.
- • Maintaining and updating customer databases.
- • Serving as a liaison between customers and our warehouse and service departments.
- • Managing and fulfilling customer requests efficiently.
- • Collaborating across various departments to ensure a consistently high level of customer service.
- • Providing essential support to our sales and management team members.
