Analog Synth
An analog synth generates sound electronically using analogue circuits. See our vast range of synths and samplers from world famous brands including Novation.
Analog Synthesizers have long been used to create organic digital sounds and to warp samples and effects. Available in a range of sizes, shapes, and configurations and features the ability to patch into one another for increase manipulation and sound modelling. Great for live on stage performances or in the studio to produce your next big hit.
The synth was first used in pop music in the 60s and became prominent in disco music in the 70s and 80s. Today, there are a few types of keyboard synthesizers stocked at DJ City.
Analog synths generate sound from electronic circuits. On the other hand, a digital synthesizer creates sound on computer chips built in the unit. A bass synthesiser is perfect for creating the bass line of your track. A drum music synthesizer typically is not a keyboard. They usually feature pads which are used to trigger drum-like sounds such as a snare or cymbal. You can tweak the knobs and faders available to alter your sound.
