The Behringer 182 SEQUENCER is a powerful Eurorack Module for the System 100. A 2-channel 8-step analog sequencer with its own control voltage knob, as well as global Tempo, Delay, and Gate time adjustments. Authentically reproducing the original Roland System 100M circuitry and fitting into a standard Eurorack case. Whether you want to mix the 182 SEQUENCER module with your existing rig or start a new modular synth; the 182 is super affordable and sure to give you endless amounts of fun!
Amazing Sequencing Possibilities
Each step within the 182 SEQUENCER’s two channels comes complete with its own control voltage knob for altering VCO pitch. While the Tempo, Delay, and Gate Time knobs control how fast the sequencer cycles. As well as how fast the notes rise and fall, and the pulse width of the Gate output. On top of that, each channel CV output can control other modules for some amazing tone-shaping possibilities. Take channel 1 and connect straight to your favourite VCO and VCF chain. While channel 2 can be used to sequence other modules like a VCA fed from a noise generator. Allowing you to add great percussive sounds to your sequence.
From 8 to 16
The 182 can do more than just 8-steps. Switching to series mode transforms the 182 SEQUENCER into a 16-step sequencer; going through all 8-steps of each channel sequentially so you can create longer and more intricate arpeggios and create really fantastic music. Adding to the 182’s flexibility, the Step switch allows for repeating sequences or one single cycle of the sequence. The Step number knob can be used to determine the length of a sequence between 1 and 16 steps.
