The item must not be part of any promotion, whether by the brand or the competitor.
The product must be identical, including the same brand, model, and colour.
You (the customer) must provide proof of the competitor’s pricing, including delivery costs.
If the same item can be purchased and delivered to you at a lower price, including freight, we’ll beat it by 5%.
