Collecting your order

Get your gear fast with our convenient Click & Collect service. Once your order is ready, we’ll send you a unique code to verify your purchase at your chosen location. Simply present this code, along with your invoice, as proof of purchase when you come to pick up your order. If you’ve designated someone else to collect your parcel on your behalf, they will need to have the invoice and code with them. Keep in mind that once your order is picked up, you’ll be responsible for any damage or loss to the items.

We will hold your Click & Collect orders for 19 Calendar days once you receive your “Ready For Collection” notification. If your order is not collected within 19 calendar days, we will cancel the items and refund the order back to the payment method originally used.

If you change your mind and wish to have your order shipped out to you, additional fees may be incurred to cover the cost of freight.

How do I choose between collection and delivery?

You will be shown all available delivery and collection options for the address you enter at the checkout.

When can I collect my order?

Once the stock has been confirmed at the location, you’ll be able to collect your order during the following hours:

Monday to Friday – 10AM – 5PM
Saturday -10AM – 4PM
Sunday – CLOSED

What is the order cut-off time?

Don’t miss out on same-day Click & Collect! The cut-off time for submitting, changing or cancelling your order is 2PM. You’ll receive an email with the cut-off time after you’ve completed your order.
