TensorGrip X40 has been developed in conjunction with the acoustic industry for all acoustic panel bonding applications. TensorGrip 40 is a fast drying contact adhesive, suitable for all types of acoustic panel installation and applications including in-house and on-site bonding processes.
TensorGrip X40 is suited for all types of acoustic panel installation, including in-house and on-site bonding processes. Developed for Drywall (plasterboard), MDF and Insulations, each aerosol can provide approximately 7 square meters of coverage. It is NOT suitable for Plasticised Vinyl, or Polystyrene.
TensorGrip X40 is designed; to give a long open time and high tack level with excellent bond. Endorsed by and developed in conjunction with Autex for all Acoustic Panel bonding applications.
VOC solvents act to slow the initial drying by maintaining a “wet edge” which gives a longer time to work with the product. The X40 offers low VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) which means that it will contain fewer than 50 grams per litre of volatile compounds to meet the Green Seal standards.
