Shure UABIAST In-Line Power Adapter

The Shure UABIAST in-line power adapter adds external power to an antenna signal path when a receiver cannot provide it through the antenna input. It supplies DC bias power over coax while passing the RF signal, with the included Shure PS24 power supply keeping the setup connected to a wall outlet.

Power Where the Antenna Path Needs It

When an active antenna or in-line accessory needs power that the receiver does not supply, the UABIAST places that power directly into the coaxial connection. Its 12V DC bias output supports powered devices without changing the adapter’s core role as an RF pass-through in the signal path.

Pass RF Through a Compact Connection

RF input and output use BNC female connectors, making the adapter a clear link between the receiver-side connection and the connected antenna equipment. With 50 Ω impedance and less than 1 dB insertion loss, it is built around the requirements of a coaxial RF path.

Specific Shure Device Configurations

The adapter can supply power to three Shure UA834 in-line amplifiers, or to two Shure UA834 in-line amplifiers and one Shure UA874 active antenna. This gives compatible Shure antenna systems a defined way to distribute external power through the same coaxial path.

Easy to Place in a Rack or Signal Path

Power comes from a wall outlet through the included Shure PS24 power supply, while the adapter’s compact 25.5 x 67.0 x 49.0 mm body and 49 g net weight keep it easy to position alongside connected RF equipment. Its stated operating range is 7°C to 38°C.
