Samson RL112A
The Samson RL112A gives you a powered 800W 2-Way 12″ PA speaker with an advanced Class D amplifier. Weighing in at just 15kg, the RL112A is the perfect solution for DJs, lectures, meetings, and events. Not to mention it’s great for singer-songwriters performing on the road or at local venues.
In a Class by Itself
Thanks to Class D amplification, the RL112A gives you plenty of power from its lightweight chassis. While its unique bi-amp design hosts two separate power amps. Including one to drive the huge low end, as well as another that delivers warm & smooth high frequencies. Combined, the RL112A delivers 800W of peak power. So there’s more than enough headroom in the audio signal to prevent distortion.
On top of that, internal circuitry gives you both thermal and overload protection. As well as a compressor and optical-based limiter that keeps everything running smoothly.
Loud and Clear
With its 12″ extended-range low-frequency driver, RL112A gives you a tight & punchy bass. While the 2″ voice coil is more efficient and maximizes heat dispersion. At the top of the speaker is another 1″ high-frequency driver with a 1″ voice coil. Using neodymium magnets, the RL112A is more efficient, clear, and intelligible. There’s also a moulded 90° x 60° high-frequency horn for incredible high-frequency dispersion and coverage.

Furthermore, you’ll find a 2 channel mixer onboard the RL112A. The first channel featuring a XLR/1/4″ combo jack with a gain-matching mic/line switch. While Channel 2 is entirely dedicated to receiving the signal from a Samson XPD wireless microphone. So it’s the perfect choice for events where you need to get on the mic and make a speech or performance. Individual volume knobs allow you to set the perfect levels, while the Mix Out jack passes the combined signal to any additional equipment you might have. Switch on the Contour (EQ) circuit and enhance the sound when you need to.
Born to Run
Finally, the Samson RL112A is housed in impact-resistant polypropylene cabinets with perforated metal grills. Adding even more protection to these heavy-duty speakers while allowing you to use them either vertical or horizontal, depending on your application. There are also three easy-carry handles on either side to ensure convenient transport and placement. A convenient 1 3/8″ pole-mount socket is built right in.
