LD Systems MAUI 28 G2 Active Column PA System (White)
The LD Systems MAUI 28 G2 (White) brings PA and monitoring together in a portable column system for medium-sized gigs and fixed installations. A 2,000 W peak Class-D amplifier, integrated mixer and wide-dispersion array deliver a practical setup for all.
Full Sound From a Compact System
Firstly, two 8″ woofers build the low end, while sixteen 3″ full-range speakers handle the mids and two 1″ high-frequency drivers add detail up top. The array arrangement extends range and coverage. Therefore, the system can serve as both PA and monitor while keeping the footprint tidy.
Even Coverage Across the Room
The BEM-optimised tweeter wave guide shapes sound dispersion to reduce floor and ceiling reflections. With a 120° horizontal and 20° vertical beam angle, the MAUI 28 G2 W spreads audio across the audience area and can make separate monitor speakers unnecessary.
Control Without a Separate Mixer
An integrated 4-channel mixer gives the system a focused control centre, with microphone, instrument, line and music input options. Three-band EQ, digital effects and presets make it easier to shape the setup, while Bluetooth® Stereo Audio Streaming adds a straightforward way to play wireless audio.
Simple Transport and Setup
The column comprises two elements that connect to the subwoofer using special multi-pin cable plugs. The column and subwoofer can also be set up separately, supporting flexible PA use and fixed installations. Four handles on the subwoofer and the compact column format make handling and storage more manageable.
