Spice Up Your Tone
Thanks to the 904B Voltage Controlled High Pass Filter, you can attenuate low frequencies and accentuate higher ones in a signal. While the Fixed Control Voltage knob or cutoff frequency determines the frequencies attenuated below a certain point. You can also switch the Frequency range between Low (4 Hz to 20 kHz) or High (10Hz to 50 kHz) to select what frequencies the Fixed Control Voltage affects.
You can also use the 904B to allow you to cut through the mix for some searing lead tones. As well as pair it with the Behringer 904A Voltage Controlled Low Pass Filter for some very interesting sounds!
Inputs and Output
Furthermore, Audio IO connectors on the 904B let you process an incoming signal before sending it to another module. You can also use the Control Inputs to connect voltage signals from other modules and affect the cutoff frequency. So the 904B can be used to add distinct tweaks to your patches so you can create even more unique sounds.
Behringer 904B – Eurorack Ready
Finally, the Behringer 904B Voltage Controlled High Pass Filter module fits perfectly into a standard Eurorack case. Simply connect the power, mount your module, and you’re good to go. Allowing you to easily mix and match the 904B with your other synth modules to create a truly unique modular synth!
