The XVIVE U5 Camera-Mounted Wireless Audio for Video System is a complete solution for capturing your talent wirelessly. This is a perfect package for sending a single LV1 Lavalier microphone signal; through the U5T Transmitters into the U5R Receiver.
The U5R Receiver is a Dual-channel design, allowing you to receiver 2x transmitted audio signals; directly into your DSLR camera, video camera, recorder, or other audio devices. Although this package only includes a single LV1 Lavalier microphone, your U5R Receiver is capable of accepting two signals simultaneously.
The Solid RF connection works up to a 100-foot range which is around 30 meters. A great solution for video shoots, live streams, interviews, weddings, and much more.
Providing high-resolution audio with a 24-bit/48kHz is also features a 107 dB signal-to-noise ratio. As a result, this ensures a clear, detailed audio signal at any volume.
The 2x batteries have a capacity of 830mAh, which translates to 5 hours of continuous use with a recharge time of 2.5 hours. You can even recharge the batteries while running inside your Transmitter and Receiver.

The Transmitter’s role in the XVIVE U5 system is to send audio from a connected microphone and send the audio signal to the U5R Receiver. The U5R Receiver then sends the signal directly into the DSLR/video camera or audio device. Microphones such as a lavalier and audio devices connect to the transmitter via a 3.5mm mono connection. In order to send a microphone signal to a U5R Receiver; all you have to do is connect a lapel microphone into the U5T Transmitter using the 3.5mm mono cable.
U5R Receiver for XVIVE U5
The Receiver’s role in the XVIVE U5 system is to receive audio from the U5T Transmitter which is connected to a microphone. The U5R Receiver then sends the audio signal directly into the DSLR/video camera or audio device. In order to receive a microphone signal to a U5R Receiver; all you need to do is, connect a lapel microphone into the U5T Transmitter using the 3.5mm mono cable.
The Receiver output connects to a DSLR/video camera, mixer, or audio recorder via a 3.5mm stereo TRS connection. The U5 Receiver also boasts True Diversity on both channels, meaning that the unit has four antennas and automatically changes to a more powerful wireless signal whenever necessary. This gives you a wireless connection you can count on—for all your video productions.
