Shape the Sound Before You Record
The Tone Shaping Preamp offers three modes: Warmth, Focus, and Shine. Each one gives vocals and other sources a distinct character. You get 60 dB of gain, adjustable from the front panel. The mic / line input with switchable +48V phantom power handles condenser microphones.
Record Voice and Instrument Together
Volt 1 pairs a mic / line input with a front-panel Hi-Z instrument input. This lets you record a vocal and guitar at the same time. The 2-in / 2-out layout keeps the workflow simple. Stereo monitor and headphone outputs give you clear ways to listen back.
Make Recording More Flexible
USB bus power means you don’t need a separate power outlet. USB Type-C connections work with supported computers and mobile devices. Built-in loopback blends live sources with computer audio. Use it for podcasting, streaming, content creation, and real-time video calls. Volt 1 also works with the UAD Console app and LUNA Digital Audio Workstation.
