Roland KT-10 Kick Trigger Pedal
The Roland KT-10 kick trigger pedal brings an authentic, responsive feel to electronic percussion while keeping playing-room noise down. Its reverse-action mechanism, integrated low-profile design and compact footprint make it a practical choice for V-Drums practice, hybrid kits and expanding Roland percussion setups.
Quieter Practice at Home
Standard kick pads played with a pedal and beater can create noticeable acoustic noise, even when the rest of a V-Drums kit is quiet. The reverse-action trigger mechanism produces approximately 75 percent less noise in the playing room than a Roland KD-9 Kick Pad triggered with a standard beater, based on Roland test data.
Compact Control for Hybrid Kits
The all-in-one pedal uses a small footprint and low-profile body, so it takes up less space than a standard kick trigger pad and pedal. That makes it well suited to a hybrid acoustic/electronic drum or percussion kit, where keeping the kick control close to other pedals matters.
Shape the Playing Response
Adjust the response to suit your playing style by removing weights from the beater mechanism or moving them between slots. The spring can also be positioned on different hook settings to modify pedal tension, giving you a more personal feel without changing the compact pedal format.
Expand Roland Percussion Setups
Connect the pedal to Roland products equipped with 1/4-inch trigger inputs, including V-Drums sound modules, the TM-2 Trigger Module, SPD-series percussion pads and the HandSonic HPD-20. The Mix In trigger jack also allows a second KT-10 to be added for a double-pedal setup.
