DJ City endeavours to process all orders within 2 days of receiving payment,
if there are any problems with the order our friendly customer service staff will contact you.

FREE Shipping

DJ City offers FREE shipping* on most orders over $50. We use Auspost’s eParcel service, ensuring your items are tracked from dispatch to delivery.

**Free Shipping does not apply to WA, NT, Far North QLD, TAS, or any non-metropolitan or remote locations within Australia, as determined by us. Shipping charges to these areas will be displayed in your cart during checkout.

*Free Shipping is also not available for large or bulky items, as well as orders that include Open Box / B-Stock products.

Large and Bulky Items

For products over 20kg and large/bulky products we use Startrack to deliver your order.
We will require a physical delivery address to send your order, as Startrack cannot deliver to a PO Box.

Express Shipping

DJ City offers express shipping. Express shipping is available for most* orders less than 20kg,
we use AusPost’s Express shipping service.

*Express shipping is not available to WA, NT, Far North QLD, TAS
or any non-metropolitan or remote location within Australia, as determined by us.
