The LD Systems U506 HBH2 is a dual wireless vocal microphone that offers professional technology and sound quality. Comprising of a dynamic handheld microphone and bodypack + headset, this system offers maximum flexibility while delivering amazing quality and reliability for your event. Selectable transmit power up to 30 mW provides the U500® vocal sets with a free-field range of over 100 metres.
The U506 HBH2 operates between the 655 – 679 MHz frequency band. As a result, it enables you to use up to 12 single systems or (6 dual systems) simultaneously. The True Diversity UHF wireless systems are equipped with an automatic scan facility to find the best free frequency, and convenient one-touch infrared synchronization of transmitter and receiver to facilitate easy setup.
Excellent overview of functions
High-contrast OLED displays provide an excellent overview of functions, with indicators for group, channel, radiofrequency, and signal strength and battery status. You can even enter individual usernames. In addition to the squelch function, the U506 HBH2 transmitter’s silent pilot tone ensures fail-safe operation. Perfect for live vocal performances, speech and public addressing, and many more applications.
The U506 HBH2 efficient technology and high-quality components provide clear, distortion-free transmission without latency or artefacts. The units also use low power consumption which means that the transmitter can run for up to 10 hours ( with 2 x AA batteries).
U506 HBH2 Bodypack transmitter
This pack comprises of 1x U506 HBH2 Bodypack transmitter. It features a Mini-XLR (3-pin) that provides you with a frequency response between 30Hz – 16kHz. The transmitter is conveniently controlled via the OLED Display. It also offers 96 channels (8 groups of 12 channels) and has a Signal-to-noise ratio of 90dB. The U506 HBH2 transmitter can hold 2 x AA batteries where you can achieve approximately 10 hours of use on a full charge. (This is dependant on the brand of battery).
U506 HBH 2 Dual receiver
The U506 HBH2 includes a true diversity duel receiver. It includes 2 x multifunction LC display indicators and FM Modulation Types. Offering 2x 96 channels (8 groups of 12 channels); it includes 2x Antena Inputs so you can receive two individual signals. eg Microphone, Transmitter. On the rear panel are 2x 3-pin XLR balanced outputs for channels 1 and 2. You can alternatively use 6.3 mm TRS cables instead. You can achieve this when activating the dedicated Instrument/Line button. Finally, there is a Mix Out section featuring 3-pin XLR unbalanced. Here you can also use a 6.3 mm TRS cable instead when activating the dedicated Instrument/Line button.
The receiver is a 19″ Inch rack-mountable device so it will fit inside a standard 19″ rack case.
