The dB Technologies KL 12 is a versatile 12″ active point-source loudspeaker. It’s designed for powerful, clear, and highly portable sound reinforcement. Driven by an 800W peak amplifier and advanced DSP with linear-phase FIR filters, it delivers consistent audio quality across every listening position.
Powerful & Intelligent Audio Processing
Equipped with integrated DSP featuring linear-phase FIR filters, the KL 12 ensures coherent and natural sonic reproduction. Users can shape their sound instantly using multiple DSP presets—including Playback, Flat, Bass Boost, and Wedge. Thus, optimising the speaker for front-of-house use, stage monitoring, or enhanced low-end performance.
Flexible Connectivity & Independent Controls
The KL 12 features a triple-input system for maximum flexibility: a combo XLR/Jack input with mic/line selection, a balanced XLR/TRS line input, and a Bluetooth® audio input for wireless playback. Each input includes independent level control, while the XLR link output allows daisy-chaining to an additional speaker or mixer with selectable Link or Mix output routing.
Rugged, Portable & Installation-Ready
Built from durable polypropylene, the cabinet is lightweight yet road-ready, offering three integrated handles for easy transport. The design supports multiple orientations, functioning as a main PA speaker, a floor wedge monitor, or a pole-mounted speaker with two tilt angles (0° or 7.5°). Each unit includes a soft cover with a cable storage pocket for added convenience.
