The Chauvet DJ Intimidator Spot 475ZX brings a 250W LED source, moving-head movement and detailed beam shaping together for large events and precise stage performances. Motorised zoom and focus keep coverage adaptable and gobos crisp. Meanwhile, rotating prisms add broader, more layered effects to the look.
Shape the Beam for Any Throw
Motorised zoom moves from 13° to 28°, making it easier to adjust the beam for short or long throw applications without repositioning the fixture. Moreover, motorised focus keeps projected gobos sharp from nearly any distance. Thus, patterns stay defined as the lighting position or coverage requirement changes.
Build Bigger Visual Effects
Dual gobo wheels combine with 8 + open gobos, indexing and continuous scrolling at variable speeds for changing texture and movement. Dual rotating prisms split the beam to create effects that spread across a larger area, while the 6-facet round prism rotates bi-directionally at variable speeds.
Keep Programming and Setup Moving
Use the full-colour LCD display to set, save and recall 1 scene manually from the fixture. A new home position allows smoother programming, while the onboard USB-C port supports quick software updates. The ¼-turn hanging bracket also allows single or dual clamp mounting options.
Control It Your Way
DMX control is available through 3- and 5-pin XLR connections, with 10 or 16 DMX channels to suit different programming requirements. The built-in RF receiver works with the optional RFC or RFC-XL remotes, and Totem mode keeps beams directed toward the dance floor.
