Chamsys MediaMaster Vision DC-HD2 Dual HDMI Capture Card
The Chamsys MediaMaster Vision DC-HD2 adds two HDMI inputs to compatible MediaMaster VS2+ and VS4+ media servers. With HDMI 2.0 support, high-resolution capture and frame-synchronized input ganging, it gives MediaMaster software a practical way to bring multiple HDMI sources into a single PCIe card.
Two HDMI Sources, One Card
With 2 × HDMI inputs and a PCIe x8 mainboard connection, the card expands compatible MediaMaster media servers without requiring separate capture hardware for each source. Moreover, HDMI 2.0, HDMI 1.4 and HDMI 1.3 video modes support a range of source equipment. Meanwhile, automatic fast and reliable mode detection simplifies setup.
Capture Detailed 4K Video
The maximum capture resolution is 2 × 3840 × 2160p @ 60 fps, so two HDMI sources can be captured at high resolution. HDCP 2.2 support at 4K60p and 4:4:4 chroma subsampling preserve the supplied signal formats for demanding video workflows, subject to available PCIe bandwidth.
Keep Inputs Working Together
Frame-synchronized ganging keeps the inputs aligned for combined source handling, including Dual 4K in 8K × 2K. Hardware timestamping adds timing information at the capture stage, while HDMI signal conditioning is designed for longer cable runs and can make installation planning more flexible.
Shape and Scale the Signal
An integrated colour-space converter accommodates the listed pixel transfer formats, including RGB10, Y410, 4:4:4 and 4:2:2. The hardware scaling engine uses polyphase multi-tap filtering for downscaling and precise pixel replication for upscaling, helping retain clean, accurate image detail when sizes change.
