Chamsys MagicQ Compact Control Expansion Wing with Touch Screen
The Chamsys MagicQ Compact Wing expands physical playback access for MagicQ users in a compact control format. It combines 10 fader playbacks, 10 executable playbacks and a full-colour, high-resolution touch-screen attribute display with electronic playback legending. Therefore, giving operators more hands-on control and clear on-screen labelling.
More Physical Playback Control
With 20 playbacks in total, the wing adds a substantial set of physical controls to a MagicQ setup. The layout includes 10 fader playbacks and 10 executable playbacks. Meanwhile, separate Page/Up Down buttons provide dedicated navigation for the playback pages available on the system.
Clear On-Screen Legending
The full-colour, high-resolution touch-screen attribute display presents electronic playback legends and attribute information in the control surface. This gives operators a visual reference built into the wing, while the touch-screen format keeps that display directly part of the working layout.
Expand the System as Needed
An integrated USB hub allows multiple wings to be connected for scalable system expansion. The wing supports connection to MagicQ Compact and full-size consoles, as well as MagicQ PC or MacOS Systems, with up to 2 Compact Wings per system.
Practical Working Details
USB connectivity, a working light port and a dimmable dual-colour working light cover the essential physical connections and working illumination. The PowerCon True1 100-240 VAC power input completes the setup, while the included dust cover helps keep the unit covered between sessions.
