Independent Phrase-tracks

Performance tracks can now use five stereo-phrase tracks, all with dedicated controls and independent volume faders. A masterful design bringing you independent controls over 5x separate tracks for the ultimate mixing experience and creative versatility. Furthermore, you also have a customisable Input FX and Track FX section for each phrase track; each with four simultaneous effects and four quick-access banks.

Built-In Effects

The RC-505 MKII also features a massive library of essential onboard effects that you can apply to each of the 5x phrase tracks. With a choice of 49x Input FX and 53 Track FX types, this makes the RC-505 MKII a dream machine for beatboxers, vocalists, multi-instrumentalists, and other fearless looping artists. 

Included are the new ultra-durable faders with longer throws, providing you with more precise adjustment so you can really fine-tune your professional performances. And when performing at your best, the RC-505 MKII has the all-new Mark-Back function; which essentially provides you with an enhanced Undo/Redo function for live and studio flexibility.

RC-505 MKII Connectivity

On the back of the RC-505 MKII, you will find 2x XLR mic inputs with phantom power for those essential condenser mics as well as 2x stereo line-input pairs, and 3x Stereo line output pairs. You also have the ability to connect 2x external control jacks which support either 2x footswitches or 1x expression pedal. An essential 1/4-inch jack for your headphones and equally important is that the RC-505 MKII supports MIDI In/Out. Finally, the USB B type connection serves several functions. Use it for backing up your critical data; Import/Export phrases using the BOSS Tone Studio and even import patterns with the RC Rhythm Converter.
