Behringer TD-3 Bass Line Synth Yellow with Magma CTRL Case TD-3
The Behringer TD-3 Yellow with Magma CTRL Case combines an analog bass line synthesiser with a dedicated protective case. The synth pairs a pure analog signal path, resonant low-pass filter, distortion button and pattern tools. Meanwhile, the case adds molded EVA foam, accessory storage and a carrying handle.
Shape classic acid-style bass lines
Moreover, its analog sound generation recreates the Roland TB-303, using a variable sawtooth and square waveform VCO with a 4-pole low-pass resonant filter. Eleven controls and 28 switches keep sound shaping close at hand. Also, the distortion button adds a dedicated way to alter the bass sound.
Build patterns directly on the desktop
Furthermore, the monophonic design focuses the instrument on bass-line work. The 16-step sequencer offers 7 tracks for developing patterns. An arpeggiator adds another pattern-based option, and the 8 button keys with unweighted action keep the compact desktop format straightforward to operate.
Connect it to your setup
MIDI and USB implementation give the synth DIN 5-pin input, DIN 5-pin thru and USB-B MIDI connections. A 1/4-inch TRS line output and 1/8-inch headphone output cover audio monitoring, while the filter CV input, CV input, CV outputs and four patch points provide the listed control-voltage connections.
Carry and store it with added protection
Designed to fit the Behringer TD-3, the Magma case uses rigid, molded Durashock EVA foam with a water-rejecting polyester exterior shell. Removable high-density egg-crate foam helps protect the display, knobs and controls, while the mesh pocket and removable divider keep cables and other accessories organised.
