Behringer CP35
Legendary Analog Attenuator and Multiples Module for Eurorack
The Behringer System 55 CP35 Attenuators Module brings an authentic reproduction of the circuitry from the classic Moog “Modular 55, 35, and 15” Series. Now, thanks to the System 55 and modules such as CP35 Attenuators, you can easily build your very own custom unique synthesizer. Fitting perfectly inside a standard Eurorack case at an incredibly affordable price.
Attenuators
Firstly, the CP35 sports 4 passive attenuators with linked inputs and 4 separate outputs. You can also use each attenuator knob to adjust the level of the input signal passively from – ∞ to unity gain. By connecting a single signal to the first input, you’ll allow it to pass to all 4 outputs and have up to 4 variations of a single signal source. While introducing a signal into the subsequent outputs will break the chain from its previous input.
For example, if you’ve got a signal in input 2; this will then feed into input 3 and 4, leaving input 1 to feed out of output 1. Above all, having multiple inputs allows you to attenuate 4 separate signals and be even more flexible with your tone.
More Than Just Outputs
Not only does the CP35 feature standard outputs, but you’ll also find 6-volt outputs. Giving you a reference voltage of -6 Volts out of one pair and +6 Volts out the other. While there are also two banks of 4-point multiple circuits that you can use to route multiple copies of signals to other modules. So the CP35 will definitely be a powerful addition to your modular synthesizer rig. Allowing you to have multiple sources output to multiple modules; so you can shape and sculpt sounds that will blow everyone away!
Behringer CP35 – Eurorack Ready
Finally, the Behringer CP35 fits perfectly into a standard Eurorack case. Simply connect the power cables, mount your module, and you’re good to go. Allowing you to easily mix and match the CP35 with your other synth modules for a truly unique setup.
