Behringer 172 Phase Shifter Delay

The Behringer System 100 172 Phase Shifter/Delay/LFO brings you an authentic reproduction of System 100M circuitry. Fitting nicely in a standard eurorack case while at a very affordable price.

Whether you want to mix the 172 with your existing rig or start your modular synth journey from here. The 172 is sure to bring you a lot of fun!

Phase Shifter

Firstly, the 172 comes with a 6-step phase shifter with Modulation Intensity, Shift Frequency, and Resonance Controls. Adjust these parameters and vary the phase effect from a slight warble to an intense swirling effect. Allowing you to add a sense of movement to your music.

Delay

What’s more, the Analog BBD Delay on the 172 features Modulation intensity, Delay Time, and Resonance Controls. So you can dial in some amazing chorus and flanging effects that give spaciousness to your tone.

LFO and Gate Delay

Finally, you can control when a gate triggers by plugging in a signal to the Gate Delay input. Then, freely control the gate and delay time for creative pulse shaping. There’s also a frequency control on the 172’s LFO that allows you to change pitch. While normal and inverted output jacks are perfect for creating ensemble and stereo effects.

172 – Eurorack Ready

Finally, the Behringer 172 fits seamlessly into a standard Eurorack Case. So it’s the perfect choice to add to your existing rig, or start a brand new modular synth!
