Behringer 1033

Legendary 2500 Series Analog Envelope Generator Module for Eurorack

The Behringer 2500 Series 1033 Dual Envelope Generator Module brings you an authentic reproduction of the original “System 2500” circuitry. The best part, it’s super affordable and fits perfectly into a standard Eurorack case. So whether you’re looking to mix the 1033 Dual Envelope Generator Module with your existing rig, or start a new modular synth; the 1033 is the perfect solution.

Start Sculpting

The 1033 Module allows you to create a deeply contoured signal, including 10 independent controls for Gate Delay; Attack Time; Initial Decay Time; Sustain Level from 0 to 10V; and Final Decay Time. Allowing you to create snappy and perucssive sounds as well as long evolving drones.

Ins and Outs

Offering a more flexible setup, each envelope generator comes with Manual Gate switches you can use to start the envelope cycle. The 1033 Dual Envelope Generator Module also features both gate and trigger inputs. Using single-mode, you can use the gate input to start the envelope cycle. While in multiple mode, the trigger input can re-trigger the cycle when a gate signal is present.

You can even connect an external gate and trigger system such as a keyboard via 3.5mm TS cables. Not to mention the 4 outputs you can use to send the envelope to other modules in both negative and positive polarity.

Eurorack Ready

Finally, the 1033 Dual Envelope Generator Module fits into a standard Eurorack case. Simply connect the power cables, screw in the module and you’re ready to go!

  • Authentic reproduction of a legendary 1970s modular synth unit
  • Familiar ADSR format for simple and precise signal sculpting
  • Offset the envelopes’ cycle start time with the gate delay controls
  • Initiate the envelope cycle using a trigger and gate or a gate alone
  • Manual gate button for starting the envelope cycle from the module’s front panel
  • 4 signal outputs, including 2 inverted outputs can be used to shape amplitude, filter cutoff, pulse width, pitch, and more
  • 16HP Eurorack module
