Firstly, the IP65 outdoor-rated classification gives the Nereid500 a weatherproof design for indoor and outdoor use. That makes it suited to concerts, festivals, outdoor events and architectural applications where lighting equipment needs to handle changing environments.
Shape Beams with Colour and Effects
Moreover, shape the output with static and rotating gobo wheels, a colour wheel, CMY colour mixing, an adjustable CTO filter and a frost effect wheel. The 1x linear and 1x circle prism add further beam effects, while the motorized zoom moves between a 7° and 44° beam angle.
Precise Movement and Control
Fast, smooth positioning comes from 540° pan and 270° tilt movement, with 16-bit control across dimmer, colour, focus, zoom, pan/tilt, gobo indexing and rotation. DMX, RDM, master/slave and automatic modes give lighting operators several ways to run the fixtures.
Ready for Transport
The two moving heads arrive with mounting brackets and a solid flightcase on wheels. Its 3-pin and 5-pin XLR DMX connections, P-Con TR1 in/output and LCD control panel keep setup practical, while the case makes moving this two-fixture kit between venues more manageable.
