Akai Professional MPC One G2 Standalone Music Production Centre 8-core Processor

The Akai MPC One Generation 2 is a standalone music production centre built for beatmakers who want to create, arrange and finish full tracks without a computer. With the new G2 eight-core processor, MPC3 OS and the classic MPC pad workflow, it handles everything from quick ideas to detailed, layered productions in one compact unit.

Standalone MPC workflow

The MPC One G2 is built for producers who want to stay locked into their flowstate. You can build and arrange complete tracks in standalone mode using the Linear Arranger and modern track-based workflow, which keeps song structure clear and easy to navigate. A built-in oscillator engine adds another layer of sound design without needing external gear.

Four Times the Processing Power

The G2 8-core processor delivers four times the processing performance of the previous generation, with 4GB RAM on board for faster load times and smoother sessions. Up to 32 plugin instruments and 16 stereo audio tracks can run simultaneously in standalone, giving you serious depth for layering drums, melodies and textures without touching a laptop. Moroever, the MPC One G2 ships with over 20GB of included content: 11 instrument plugins and nine expansion packs.

Connect your studio your way

A single USB-C cable handles 24×24 audio streaming and 32 channels of MIDI I/O, keeping your setup clean and flexible. You can also sample directly from phones and tablets via USB-C. In Addition, the MPC One G2 includes 5-pin MIDI in/out and four TRS CV/Gate jacks, an SD card slot and a USB-A port for hardware and modular integration. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5 round out the connectivity options.

Ableton Live Control Mode and two-way Ableton project import and export make it straightforward to move between standalone use and a computer-based workflow whenever you need to.

Built for hands-on music making

Lastly, the 16 velocity- and pressure-sensitive RGB-backlit pads span eight banks, making finger drumming and sample chopping feel responsive and expressive. Four touch-sensitive Q-Link knobs and a 7.0″ full-colour multitouch display keep editing close at hand. With 64GB of internal storage and support for common audio formats, the MPC One G2 is a compact but capable base for building ideas fast.

The classic blue colourway is a nod to the MPC4000 and MPC1000 for anyone who appreciates the heritage.
