DJ City are seeking experienced and highly motivated sales staff for an exciting full-time position!

Our Audio Visual wholesale business has a position available for an Internal Sales and Service Customer support consultant.
This is a fabulous opportunity for the successful applicant who will be required to perform multiple disciplines within our internal online sales team, coordinate our eBay account and will form a pivotal part of helping live up to our high level of customer service.
About the role;
- Able to resolve customer queries quickly and accurately.
- Telephone answering / customer inquiries support.
- Communicate and assist with associated companies.
- Must have an eye for detail and be able to work intelligently on our computer systems, delivery information, and managing multiple systems at once.
- Able to work calmly under pressure.
- Hours of Work
- 10 am – 6 pm Monday to Friday.

- Strong organizational and time management skills and excellent attention to detail
- An understanding of Audio Visual equipment will be an advantage.
- General duties as directed.
