Packed with Features
Just like the previous iteration, the XDJ-RX3 allows you to play rekordbox-analyzed tracks from USB; as well as connect to a laptop to unlock Rekordbox Performance mode. On top of that, support for Serato DJ Pro will be coming in early 2022.
Furthermore, the massive 10.1″ touch screen on the XDJ-RX3 offers a higher resolution and frame rate than the previous model. Featuring a brand-new interface, you’re able to browse your music and control effects so much faster. Taking the browse section straight from the CDJ-3000, the XDJ-RX3 gives you the most intuitive navigation through your playlists. There’s also a new Playlist Bank feature on the XDJ-RX3, allowing you to access your 4 favourite playlists with a single touch. While Touch Preview gives you the option to listen to any part of a track without even loading it onto your deck.
With a single tap, you can switch between viewing the pad status, or Beat FX and X-Pad. It even has support for the 3Band Waveform feature also seen on the CDJ-3000. Allowing you to see the volume levels of different frequency ranges in rekordbox and giving you a clear visual representation of how they sound.
Colour On Jog Display
Another great feature for keeping tabs on what’s loaded onto the decks is the XDJ-RX3’s Colour On Jog Display; conveniently showing you important track information and artwork on the jog wheels LCD screen. You can even customize the weight of the jogs by tweaking the Feeling Adjust dial for each one. Topping it off there’s 14 Beat FX and 6 Sound Colour FX from the DJM-900NXS2; allowing you to explore fresh ways of manipulating your performance with the Performance Pads and Release FX.
Finally, the Pioneer DJ XDJ-RX3 has been fine-tuned to produce clear, natural sound that your audience will be able to listen to for long periods of time. You’ll also notice the layout has been inherited from the club-standard Pioneer DJ equipment too. Including subtle traits such as the illumination around the play/cue buttons.
XDJ-RX3 10.1″ Touch Screen
With its 10.1″ touch screen, you’re getting the biggest ever screen on a Pioneer DJ all-in-one system. Noticeably bigger than the 7″ one found on the XDJ-RX2. It also features a higher resolution and increased frame rate compared to previous models. So you’ll see everything clearly including the smoother waveform.
Colour On Jog Display: Get a visual grasp of track information
Adding an LCD screen into the centre of each jog wheel you can now easily see your play head position, as well as display album artwork for quick visual reminders of what’s playing. You can even use the Feeling Adjust control to adjust the weight of each jog.
More Beat FX and Sound Color FX: Add texture and build drama in your mixes
Featuring all the effects from the RX2, the XDJ-RX3 also has an extra 6 Beat FX and 2 Sound Color FX. 14 Beat FX including Ping Pong, Filter, Phaser, Slip Roll, Vinyl Brake, and Helix, and 6 Sound Color FX including Space and Crush.
Release FX: Inject new energy into your performance
By hitting the Performance Pads on the XDJ-RX3, you can instantly change the energy of your performance, whether you want to add drama to a section of a track or create an exciting moment before transitioning to another song on the other deck. For example, you might use Echo Out or Spin Out to dynamically mix into your next track. Choose from 8 effect types: Vinyl Brake (Short / Long), Backspin (Short / Long), Echo Out, Build Up, Mute, and Ducking.

April 07, 2022: AlphaTheta Corporation announces that the XDJ-RX3 all-in-one DJ system from its Pioneer DJ brand now officially supports Serato DJ Pro.
Simply connect the XDJ-RX3 to your PC/Mac to instantly control tracks in your Serato playlists using the all-in-one DJ system. You can trigger effects and Hot Cues with the buttons on the unit, use the jog wheels for scratching, and change the tempo with the pitch sliders. The XDJ-RX3 also displays track information on 10.1-inch screen so you can quickly select your next track without looking at your computer.
