V.A. – Disco Floorfillers Vinyl Record
DISCO FLOORFILLERS 2LP brings 28 disco and dance tracks together across four sides of vinyl. From Chic and Shalamar to Sister Sledge, Earth, Wind & Fire with The Emotions, and Village People, this double-LP compilation gives your record collection a broad selection of era-defining artists and songs.
A full four-sided compilation
With seven tracks on each side, the 2 x LP format spreads the collection across a traditional double-record set. That gives you a clear sequence of disco and dance favourites. Included: “Dance, Dance, Dance (Yowsah, Yowsah, Yowsah)”, “Rock Your Baby”, “Boogie Wonderland” and “YMCA”.
Recognisable artists and tracks
Moreover, the tracklist brings together Chic, Shalamar, The Whispers, Sister Sledge, Gary’s Gang, Gloria Gaynor. Not to mention, McFadden & Whitehead, Edwin Starr, Gladys Knight & The Pips and The Real Thing. Earth, Wind & Fire with The Emotions, makes this the iconic, varied snapshot of disco and dance music that it is.
Four number-one singles included
Alongside the wider collection, the set includes the #1 singles “Ring My Bell” by Anita Ward, “YMCA” by Village People, “Kung Fu Fighting” by Carl Douglas and “Rock Your Baby” by George McCrae. Further highlights include “Never Can Say Goodbye”, “Young Hearts Run Free” and “Knock On Wood”.
