The Roland MC-707 groovebox with Magma CTRL Case brings a complete electronic production setup together with dedicated protection for storage and travel. Eight tracks, ZEN-Core synthesis, sampling, sequencing and effects give you hands-on control, while the purpose-built case keeps the groovebox covered between sessions and gigs.
Shape Full Tracks Hands-On
The 8-track sequencer combines TR-REC Step Sequencer control with 16 velocity sensitive pads for drums, basslines and chord progressions. Clips can use tones, drum kits or audio loops, while Motion Recording captures knob movements alongside note data for evolving filters, reverbs and other changes in a performance.
Build a Broad Sound Palette
ZEN-Core fuses VA and PCM in a sound generator built around tones and drum kits. The included palette features TR-808/909, TB-303, JUNO-106 and SH-101 sounds, while user samples can be imported from an SD card. Multi-effects, master effects and Track EQ give each part and the full mix room to develop.
Connect, Sample and Finish the Mix
Audio and MIDI connections support recording and control across a performance setup, with USB Audio and MIDI, 5-pin MIDI In, Out1 and Out2, plus Ext In and Mix Out connections. Track EQ, chorus/delay, reverb, master effects, Master Compressor and Master EQ let you shape individual tracks and the complete mix.
Carry It with Added Protection
The Magma CTRL Case MC-707 uses Durashock molded EVA foam with a water-repellent polyester exterior shell. Its lid has high-density egg-crate foam to protect the knobs, faders and pads, while the cable organizer panel stores extra cables, audio adapters and power supplies. A handle and shoulder strap make transport straightforward.
