The Rode SM4-R is a suspension boom pole shock mount. Sporting a camera shoe mount, the SM4-R shock mount is perfect for mounting your microphone onto a stand or boom pole. Suits both 3/8″ and 5/8″ thread.
Equipped with dual Rycote Lyre mounts, the SM4-R shock mount ensures maximum isolation from handling vibrations. While four possible mounting points will suit the complete range of compatible RODE Shotgun microphones. As well as featuring an integrated cable management clip.
The SM4-R Shock Mount is compatible with the following shotgun microphones: M5, NT5, NT55, NTG1, NTG2, NTG3, NTG4, and NTG4+
