Clearer tuning across more instruments
The LCD needle meter is designed for strong visibility and sensitivity, making pitch changes easier to follow from different angles. With detection from C1 to C8, the tuner covers low-pitched instruments, guitars, ukuleles and wind instruments. Adjustable calibration also lets you match different concert pitches when required.
Practical support for transposed instruments
Alongside chromatic tuning, the transpose function switches to in F, in Bâ™ or in Eâ™. That makes it easier to read the written note while tuning a transposed instrument. Marks for pure major and minor third intervals add a useful reference when matching pitch within a brass band or orchestra ensemble.
Train your ear while you practise
Sound Out mode plays a selectable reference tone through the internal speaker or connected headphones, so you can tune by listening as well as watching the meter. Sound Back mode responds with the reference tone closest to your input pitch while showing your pitch on the display, supporting more precise tuning and ear training.
Build rhythm into every session
The metronome offers pendulum step, full step and tap tempo methods, with rhythms covering time signatures from 0 through 9 plus duplets, triplets and quadruplets. Its tuner and metronome can run at the same time, while the improved metronome, Sound Out and Sound Back audio is easier to hear during practice.
