Fenton DM100W – Wired Dynamic Microphone White
The Fenton DM100W is a wired microphone that is especially useful for all types of vocal performances. It features a super-cardioid polar pattern that minimizes background noise and guarantees the highest possible sound quality. It includes a 3-meter microphone cable that has a 6.3mm plug and is suitable for most karaoke systems and audio devices.
The microphone offers a 6.3mm Jack, XLR (3-pin) output connection and will provide a frequency response between 100Hz and 10kHz. With an impedance of 600 Ohms, it offers a sensitivity of -71dB (+/-2dB). The DM100W is an ideal microphone for karaoke, entertainment, speech, vocal performances and just about any special occasion.
Super-Cardioid Polar Pattern
A super-cardioid microphone has a very directional super-cardioid polar/pickup pattern. It is most sensitive to on-axis sounds (where the mic “points”) with null points at 127° and 233° and a rear lobe of sensitivity. A super-cardioid also provides better isolation from room noise and nearby instruments and can be more resistant to feedback than a cardioid mic, but it requires the user to maintain a more consistent position directly in front of the mic. As a result, the DM100W will minimize background noise and guarantee the highest possible sound quality.
The DM100W also includes a head protector which offers bump protection when performing and handling the microphone. The ABS material aims at ensuring durability and the Plug and Play design makes it very easy to operate. Also included is a 3m microphone cable 6.3mm jack plug <> XLR plug.
