Faital Pro WG141 1.4″ Plane Wave Guide
The Faital Pro WG141 is a compact plane wave guide for shaping high-frequency coverage in speaker designs. Its 36.5 mm throat, broad horizontal dispersion and aluminium construction give system builders clear physical parameters. Fit the guide into a carefully planned enclosure!
Broad Horizontal Coverage
Firstly, with 110° horizontal nominal coverage (-6dB), the guide spreads high-frequency energy across a wide horizontal area. That makes its coverage specification easy to work into speaker designs where controlled lateral dispersion is important. Meanwhile, the 0.8–20 kHz frequency range defines the operating window of the guide.
Built for High-Frequency Driver Integration
The 36.5 mm (1.4 in) throat diameter is matched with a recommended crossover frequency of 0.8 kHz, giving designers two key reference points for pairing the guide with a suitable high-frequency driver. These details make crossover and enclosure planning more straightforward without adding unnecessary guesswork.
Compact Aluminium Construction
Made from aluminium, the WG141 has a 163 mm mouth height, 130 mm mouth width and 200 mm depth. The dimensions provide a practical guide for enclosure layout, while the 1.4 kg net weight keeps the component’s physical contribution clear during cabinet planning and assembly.
Mounting and Enclosure Planning
Four 7 mm mouth mounting holes give the guide a defined mounting arrangement, and the 1.0 dm³ net air volume filled by the HF horn is useful when accounting for the component inside an enclosure. The supplied shipping dimensions and weight also make handling and storage planning easier.
