Faital Pro 8HX210 8-Inch Coaxial Loudspeaker
The Faital Pro 8HX210 brings LF and HF loudspeaker sections together in one coaxial assembly, giving speaker builders a clearly defined format for installation and system development. Its aluminum LF basket, dome HF diaphragm and separate power ratings provide practical detail for planning the surrounding design.
One Assembly, Two Frequency Sections
The LF section is specified from 75÷4000 Hz, while the HF section covers 1700÷20000 Hz. Those are separate section ranges, not a single combined response figure. The 8HX210 also specifies a minimum HF crossover frequency of 1.7 kHz and a 90° HF dispersion angle.
Built for Detailed System Planning
With 200 W AES power handling for LF and 35 W for HF, the 8HX210 gives each section its own clear reference point. Sensitivity is listed as 94 dB for LF and 104 dB for HF, while the 8 ohm nominal impedance is shared across both sections.
Solid Driver Construction
The LF side uses an aluminum basket, ferrite ring magnet and triple roll cone surround. Above it, the HF section uses a Ketone Polymer dome diaphragm with a neodymium ring magnet. Glass Fiber and Kapton former materials are also specified for LF and HF respectively.
Mounting Details at a Glance
Installation planning is straightforward with the supplied physical measurements: the baffle cutout diameter is 181 mm, overall diameter is 223.75/207.9 mm, bolt circle diameter is 210 mm and depth is 123.2 mm. At 3.6 kg net, the driver also has a clear handling reference.
