State-Of-The-Art
Available in both black and white, the EVOLVE 50M combines an industrial design, superior components, and premium materials. So it gives you best-in-class sound quality, power, and reliability. Sporting 8 lightweight 3.5″ neodymium drivers, the Evolve 50M provides ultra-wide, full-bandwidth, 120-degree coverage via proprietary waveguides. With array-formed 40 degrees asymmetrical vertical coverage, the Evolve 50M White ensures acoustic output is directed towards both sitting and standing audience members.
Housed in a durable enclosure, the Evolve 50M White Array also incorporates an ergonomic carry handle. While the 12″ subwoofer is housed in a 15mm wood enclosure with a high-efficiency laminar-flow vent design that offers enhanced rigidity and acoustical performance. The array and sub are connected via a symmetrical aluminum pole with internal wiring and magnetically assisted latching. The speakers are protected by a black powder-coated 18-gauge steel grille, and an array/pole carry case is included.
Evolve 50M White- User-Friendly Feature Set
What’s more, the Evolve 50M is equipped with the most user-friendly feature set on any column system. The added “M” refers to its integrated and fully-featured, fully configurable eight-channel digital mixer. Developed in collaboration with Dynacord, the mixer features multiple outputs. Including 4x XLR/TRS combo mic/line inputs, 1x XLR/TRS combo stereo line input, 1x RCA, 1x 3.5 mm stereo, 1x Hi-Z instrument input. Along with the professional-grade preamps, mix functions, and high-res, low-latency Bluetooth streaming.
There’s also independent channel aux sends and a foot-switch input included. As well as a range of effects (30 presets, including chorus, delay, flange, and reverb, via two FX channels) for you to fine-tune your tone.
QuickSmart Link
Another new feature from Electro-Voice, QuickSmart Link makes it incredibly easy to combine two Evolve 50Ms together. All you need to do is link the systems together via Ethernet cable to create an uncompressed digital audio/control connection. Pair both systems to a single mobile device using the QuickSmart Mobile app and enjoy full mix control.
