The BOSS SY-1000 is a guitar and bass synthesizer pedal that is sure to open up a new world of possibilities within your guitar rig. Built on decades of player feedback from the most innovative BOSS and Roland guitar synth technology, the SY-1000 is truly a powerhouse synthesizer pedal.
Featuring three distinct synthesizer instrument engines that you can play simultaneously. Giving you some exceptionally deep, and rich sonic textures. Simply plug in your guitar or bass via 1/4″ cable, just as you would any other BOSS effects pedal. Alternatively, you can use Roland’s GK pickup technology for some of the most precise pitch tracking and per-string parameter tweaking. While custom DSP gives you six times the processing muscle of the SY-300.
On top of that, the SY-1000 boasts built-in effects looping, multi-effects, instrument modeling, external control inputs, and assignable footswitches. So you can maximize the SY-1000 to suit your style and get the most out of your workflow. You can choose from ten oscillator waveforms, including sine, triangle, PWM, three saw types (including Roland’s famous supersaw), and more. Then, shape your sound using six different filters, amplifier control, two LFOs, and two powerful step sequencers.
