Behringer C-2 Matched Pair

The Behringer C-2 Matched Pair is built to capture the performance of a choir, piano, or vocal sound source; while providing beautiful and true-to-life sound. Perfectly matched, the C-2 matched pair is ideal for acoustic guitars, overhead drum studios, and live sound applications.

Once you connect your C-2 Matched Pair to your sound system, you’ll enjoy an exceptionally-flat frequency response. With an average boost of 4dB between 1 kHz and 8 kHz. Therefore, giving you a slightly brighter sound that’s perfect for cymbals and overhead miking. This response will also benefit for recording choirs and acoustic pianos. While the cardioid pick-up pattern of the C-2 provides unparalleled sound source separation and feedback rejection. Additionally, the circuitry in the C-2 contains ultra-low-noise, transformerless FET input. Allowing the C-2 to handle extreme dynamics, while maintaining a max SPL level of 150dB.

The addition of a switchable, low-frequency roll-off eliminates infrasonic (microphone handling and wind noise), as well a switch-able 10dB input attenuation; accommodating for hot signals, such as really loud vocalists.
