The BD440 works with belt-pack transmitters that support mini-XLR3 connections with phantom power to provide you with high-quality vocal performances.

With a rugged, reliable, low-profile and lightweight metal construction; the BD440 is an excellent choice for broadcasters, presenters, lecturers, singers, musicians, actors and performers requiring hands-free microphones.

Concealed Performances with Premium Comfort

The ultra-slim frame design of BD440 makes it almost invisible to the audience. The adjustable frame will also fit all heads and the extendable boom microphone will fit all faces. While at the same time, the Omni-directional capsule captures vocal clarity will fullness. It offers a frequency response between 80Hz and 16kHz and the Unidirectional  Cardioid polar pattern will provide a warm and balanced sonic quality with a low proximity effect.

When you intend to use the BD440 for an extended period of time; you will appreciate the super-comfortable and insulated ear-hooks that provide great comfort for a full day at the office. The microphone boom can also be unlocked from the frame and swapped for left- or right-handed use. The discreet windscreen comes in handy for outdoor performances.
