Due to the introduction of stage 4 restrictions across Melbourne, our Dandenong, Richmond, Oakleigh, and Ringwood stores are now closed to the public.
While our retail stores will need to close, our online shop remains open and operating around the clock. Although you won’t be able to head into our stores, our experienced and friendly sales staff are still answering phones and are ready and available to help you via our online chat.
Our warehouse picking and packing team also remains operating as usual and we’re ready to dispatch your orders as soon as possible.
However, with a reduced workforce and delays with Australia Post, delivery times may vary. So please expect some delays.

As stage 4 restrictions currently only apply to Victorian residents, our Smithfield, NSW and Mansfield, QLD stores remain open as usual during normal trading hours.
Australia Post is currently experiencing major delays and much longer than usual delivery times due to massive parcel demand. We’re closely monitoring the situation and will continue to update when delays begin to ease.
