Lauten Audio LS-308 Condenser Microphone
The Lauten Audio LS-308 condenser microphone is specifically designed for when you need isolation, but it’s difficult to achieve. It’s a one-of-a-kind, side-address microphone that hears like a laser, sounds like a ribbon, while able to withstand 135dB of SPL without internal padding. Allowing you to track electric guitars in front of a live drum kit, or even the bottom of a snare drum with astonishing isolation and dynamic range.
Offering 270 degrees of off-axis rejection, the LS-308 allows you to capture loud and impactful sounds live. Without having to replace toms or re-track guitars due to bleed.

With these features, you’ll also have a unique sound effect, a sound similar to a ribbon microphone without the fragility. You can also further shape the timbre via two analog filters that allow for immediate sound-shaping right at the source.
High SPL and Dynamic Range
What’s more, the LS-308 is capable of withstanding a staggering 135dB of SPL without internal padding. So it’s nearly impossible to overload. Allowing you to capture the loudest sound sources usually kept for dynamic microphones.
The Lauten Audio LS-308’s signal path is finalized with high resolution, low distortion polypropylene capacitors and resistors. As well as a low-noise FET, and a custom wound output transformer. As a result, you get a massively impactful sound with unmatched isolation and SPL handling.
Analog Sound Shaping
Finally, the LS-308 features two dedicated filters for immediate sound-shaping. So you no longer need to change out microphones to get the sound you want.
