ESI UGM96

The ESI UGM96 is an ultra compact Audio Interface designed for musicians and solo artists on the go. This compact sound card features a high-quality 2×2 design with a 1/4″ TRS Microphone, and 1/4″ TSHi-Z input for guitars. Also included are ESI’s high quality converters delivering up to 24bit / 96kHz for studio grade recordings and playback. But what makes this unique is its ultra small design, at 7 cm x 6 cm it literally fits in your pocket.

 

The backside offers a stereo output that you can use for monitoring, i.e. with headphones.  You can use it to jam with a guitar and microphone, with effect and processors from your PC or MAC in real-time with its low latency signal path. It’s unbelievable how much functions are provided by this small stylish device. And comes bundled with the Cubase LE 4 software for recording right out of the box.
