DJ City is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Consultant for a full-time position at our Smithfield, Sydney store.

Key Responsibilities
Your day today duties and responsibilities will include:
- • Processing and dispatching online orders
- • Providing exceptional customer service and handling counter sales
- • Managing stock control and inventory
- • Performing basic maintenance and setup of lighting and audio equipment
- • Answering phone calls and assisting with customer enquiries
- • Carrying out general store and operational duties as required
- • Communicating and collaborating with associated companies and team members
The Successful Applicant Will Have:
- • A strong work ethic and desire to contribute to a high performance team culture
- • A genuine interest in sound, lighting, DJ, and professional audio equipment
- • A self-motivated, proactive attitude with a drive to succeed
- • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar sales role
- • Strong problem-solving skills and initiative
- • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
- • Excellent customer service skills and professional phone manner
- • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
