DJ City is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Consultant for a full-time position at our Smithfield, Sydney store.

Key Responsibilities

Your day today duties and responsibilities will include:

• • Processing and dispatching online orders
• • Providing exceptional customer service and handling counter sales
• • Managing stock control and inventory
• • Performing basic maintenance and setup of lighting and audio equipment
• • Answering phone calls and assisting with customer enquiries
• • Carrying out general store and operational duties as required
• • Communicating and collaborating with associated companies and team members

The Successful Applicant Will Have:

• • A strong work ethic and desire to contribute to a high performance team culture
• • A genuine interest in sound, lighting, DJ, and professional audio equipment
• • A self-motivated, proactive attitude with a drive to succeed
• • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar sales role
• • Strong problem-solving skills and initiative
• • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
• • Excellent customer service skills and professional phone manner
• • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
