Combining Akai’s well known and loved workflow focused controller with a Hi-Res, colour and yep, you guessed it, touch screen capable of multi-touch functionality means that everything you need is finally in one place. The MPC Touch allows users to produce, mix, edit and manipulate virtually any effect or parameter right from the unit itself with full access available from browsing samples to precise effects management.
While the touch screen is a first of its kind in this setting, it’s not the only impressive feature of the successful MPC line. The MPC Touch has received a complete overhaul with 16 improved velocity-sensitive pads which are brightly back-lit with RGB leds that you can set to your own personal requirements. Along with this, the good folks at Akai have also added 4 rotary knobs within the ‘Q-Link’ system which is completely editable to control almost any parameter you could need.
